We will not recommend treatments that are unproven or inneffective (for the sake of profit) and only recommend to our clients the treatments that will give them the best results. Unfortunately, at present in NSW anyone can buy and operate a laser.

2. All our Lasers are state of the art and are continuously monitored and serviced regularly to enable us to provide safe, reliable, and consistant treatments.

3. All our staff are highly trained and experienced. All our laser operators have acheived laser safety officer status and continue to have ongoing continuing education in laser and cosmetic therapies. All laser staff are monitored by the cosmetic physician and frequantly liase with him on difficult cases.

4.We provide the strongest pain relief for all our procedures. Lets face it, there's just some things that only a cosmetic physician can provide. From prescibing and using strong local anaesthetic creams to providing Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) for pain relief we can provide you with the most pain reduced treatments you will ever experience.

5. Our Sterilisation Procedures are Medical Grade. As we are a true Cosmedic Clinic, owned and managed by a cosmetic physician, and operating out of fully accredited medical facilities, prevention of spread of bacteria and viruses is of paramount importance. All our instruments (such as microdermabrasion heads) are fully sterilised with a medical grade autoclave. All our laser surfaces (such as the distance gauges), which come in contact with your skin are soaked in medical grade antiseptic for at least an hour before use, not simply wiped with an antiseptic cloth. We will not use equipment such as IPL (most of them), which cannot be adequately disinfected between clients. Remember, most areas will need to be shaved prior to laser treatment and this will create a situation for possible transmission of blood bourne viruses such as HIV, HepB, HepC,Herpes etc. We believe this is a very overlooked area in hair removal, some machines (most IPL and some Lasers) just cannot be sterilised appropriately between clients. Some also fail to realise the potential dangers of viral cross contamination. Would you like to have a procedure performed after equipment is simply wiped, especially after it was used around genital areas on the previous client ?
